Mileflex Through-the-weave TPU Layflat Hose for frac water transferring
Mileflex is one type of super heavy-duty through-the-weave polyurethane (PU) covered hose. Mileflex hoses shall be made from 100% high tenacity synthetic yarn circular woven and completely, totally embedded in the PU compound, excellent protected against mechanical damage, forming a single homogenous construction without the use of any glues or adhesives of any type.
Inner tube and cover: Smooth PU cover and tube.
Reinforcement: Circular woven polyester jacket
Operating Temperature Range: From -60° F to 176°F (-50° C to 80° C)
Standard Color: Black, other colors available per request
Standard Length: 50ft, 100ft, 300ft/91.5m, 330ft/100m, 660ft/200m; other lengths
available per request;
Couplings: LDHC V couplings, LDHC FM Couplings, LDHC S (Storz) Couplings, etc.
